GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES
1. PURPOSE
These terms and conditions apply to the Communication Services
Mobile, Fixed and other value-added services (any of them, the service(s)
carried out: Globatel Telefónica Integral S.L, a Spanish company and
domiciled at C/Melilla-Local C –Edificio Miguel Ángel 1 -29680-Estepona (Málaga).
The provision of the Fixed Communications Service will be carried out by Globatel Integral Telephony
S.A (Fixed Service). The customer can contract the fixed broadband Internet access service
(fixed internet) and/or a calling service with which the customer can make and receive calls
From a fixed terminal (fixed call service).
The client can contract the services individually or jointly (packages
based on your needs and Globatel's commercial offerings

2. CONTRACT, BILLING AND PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
2.1 Contract.
The fees for the Services, as well as all other commercial and economic conditions
associated with them are provided to the Client at the time of contracting and, together with the
data provided by the Client necessary for the contracting and provision of the
Services, form the Specific Conditions applicable between the Client and Globatel Telefónica
Integral. The Specific Conditions and the General Conditions together with the cover
constitute the contract (Agreement) that will govern the relationship between the Customer and Globatel Telephony
Integral.
2.2 Invoicing.
The invoice will be issued in electronic format. The Client expressly agrees to the issuance of
your invoice in electronic format, through electronic means that guarantee the
authenticity of the origin and integrity of the invoice document. The invoice will have the following
same legal effects as the invoice in paper format and will be available to the Client at
through the website developed for this medium.
2.3 Payment.
Payment will be made by the Client by direct debit of the invoices into the account
bank that the Client has indicated in the registration of the data, the Client undertaking to
maintain a sufficient balance in said account to meet the payment of the amounts due to
Globatel Integral Telephony. The date on which the payment is due will be the date on which the
credit institution where the bank account is open receives notification from Globatel
with the amount of the amounts to be paid by the Client.
2.4. Failure to comply with the payment obligation: temporary suspension and termination.
2.4.1. Delay in payment.
The delay in the payment, in whole or in part, by the customer of the amounts due for the
Communications services contracted may lead to the restriction of calls
and/or suspension of the provision of the Services from the time Globatel has
knowledge of this circumstance, prior notice to the Client by email within 3 working days
if no resolution is received to the payment.
3. INTERNET ACCESS SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
3.1 Financial compensation will be paid to the subscriber, when the interruption of the
service has occurred continuously or discontinuously and is more than six hours in
from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., the corresponding invoice will state the amount corresponding to the
subscriber.
3.2 The provisions of the previous section shall not apply when the temporary interruption
is motivated by any of the following causes:
-Serious breach by subscribers of the contractual conditions.
-Damage caused to the network, due to the connection by the subscriber of terminal equipment that
have not assessed conformity, in accordance with current regulations.
-Configurations or changes to the installed device not previously authorized by the
company: "Whenever a change or configuration is required" it will be mandatory
request it in writing and acceptance by Globatel Telefónica Integral S.L
4. TECHNICAL TRAVEL
4.1 If, after the technical service notification due to a fault, it is detected that the problem does not arise from
our services, will be charged for the displacement of the same (The Rates
may vary depending on the service to be provided and/or the distance from the home).
5. CANCELLATION OF SERVICE
5.1.1 Cancellations of services must always be requested by email:

A period of 2 working days is established for the disconnection of the service once received by e-
email the request for cancellation of the services, as established in Royal Decree 899/2009 of the
May 22.
5.1.2 If the customer has a valid permanence at that time, it will be applied to the
contracted quota.
5.1.3 Once the contract with Globatel Telefónica Integral has been restricted, the
delivery of the router at your facilities C/ Melilla Local C- Edificio Miguel Angel 1 -29680-
Estepona (Málaga). If it is not delivered, it will be charged to the bank for the amount
from 70€ taxes included.
6. CONTRACTS for MONTHLY Periods of 30 days
6.1 Once the connection requested by the customer has been made, "No return will be made
of the payment of the same if you do not wish to enjoy the initial period contracted" what you can do is
be redeemed as a deposit for future connections.
